Shipping Area: We offer Nationwide shipping across Zambia.

Shipping Fee: Enjoy 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders (whether you buy 1, 2, or 3 products).

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Lusaka & surrounding areas: 1-3 business days.

Other provinces: 3-5 business days.

Payment Method: We support Cash on Delivery (COD). You only pay when you receive and inspect the product.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, our support team will contact you via phone to update you on the delivery status.

2. Return & Refund Policy 
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the High-Power Car Inverter, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included.

Products damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., incorrect voltage application, physical damage) are not eligible for returns.

Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturer defect (e.g., ports not working, digital display error), we offer a 1-to-1 free exchange within the first 7 days.
