1. Product Information and Usage Guidelines

Power Limit: The rated output power of this product is 200W. Users are responsible for checking the power consumption of their devices before plugging them into the inverter. Do not plug in devices that exceed the 200W limit to prevent short circuits, fire hazards, or damage to the vehicle's fuses and battery.

Safety: Avoid exposing the product to direct water, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the inverter's structure.

2. Buyer's Responsibilities
Provide accurate order information (Full name, Phone number, Address) to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Carefully read and strictly follow the technical specifications (especially the 200W power limit) and safety instructions included with the product.

3. Ordering and Payment
Pricing: The product price is listed on the website (e.g., 699 ZMW / 1 product) and may vary depending on promotional campaigns.

Payment: We support Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers have the right to inspect the product's exterior before making the payment.

4. Disclaimer
DTP Global will not be held liable for any property damage (such as damage to personal electronic devices, car batteries, etc.) or personal injury arising from:

Misuse of the product.

Plugging in devices that exceed the 200W rated power.

Using the product in unsafe environmental conditions or with an unstable input power source (12V/24V) from the vehicle.

5. Warranty and Returns
The product is warranted against technical defects from the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty/return claims if the product shows signs of being dropped, water-damaged, burnt due to overloading, or if the warranty stamp is torn.
